Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States at this time.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then delivered in 4–7 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days in total.
How much is shipping? The shipping cost is calculated and always shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
How can I track my order? When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.
Can my order arrive in more than one package? Yes. Some orders ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Can I cancel or change my order? Yes, within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email help@hotros.shop with your order number.
What is your return policy? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer pays return shipping, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.
How do I start a return? Email help@hotros.shop with your order number and the reason. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
When will I get my refund? Within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return, to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days.
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the other methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely; we never see your full card details.
Are prices in US dollars? Do I pay extra fees? Yes, all prices are in USD. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. There are no customs duties or hidden fees for US orders.
